Billing & Charges By subscribing to any Dessert Print product, you agree to automatic billing at your selected interval (weekly, biweekly, or monthly). Payments are securely processed using your selected payment method. You’ll receive an email confirmation each time you’re charged.
Subscription Management Subscribers can pause, skip, or cancel anytime through their account dashboard. All changes must be submitted at least 48 hours before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Deliveries We personally deliver every subscription order within a 15-mile radius of Glendale, CA and Panorama City, CA. If you're outside this zone, your order may be paused or refunded. Make sure your delivery address is current before each drop.
No Refunds on Active Drops Once a subscription drop is prepared for delivery, it’s locked in. No refunds, changes, or swaps can be made after that point. Cancel or pause before your next billing to avoid this.
